Desde su primera aparición en 1939, Batman se ha convertido en un superhéroe admirado, lo que ha repercutido a su salto a otros medios de comunicación, como el cine y la televisión.

Con 10 cintas de hollywood, más de una decena de cintas animadas y varias series animadas, EL Caballero Oscuro se ha convertido en uno de los personajes más redituables para DC Comics.
